Success Story! An email from GNAW supporter Tracy Berryman:
Just wanted to update you on a situation I had contacted you about this summer. There were two golden retrievers chained to a tree with 4' chains in my neighbors yard. After coming across your website and confirming that the conditions these dogs were being subjected to were illegal, I contacted Animal Services and you sent my neighbors some info on tethering dogs. I'm happy to report that the dogs living conditions have been improved. They built a pen for them and provided a dog house. It's not a soft warm spot by the fire inside, but it's an improvement.
